Very nice but very poorly trained staff. Always a big ordeal any time I want to buy a gift card. Its too bad because everything else is good and I will continue coming here for the other services.

Service was great, fast and perfectly made. I've had both the teriyaki twist bowl and Buddha's satay and they are both simple and delicious. Vegetarian options and vegan options are great and much appreciated. Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan all have options without having to make adjustments.

This was the strangest customer service experience Ive ever had. I ordered a smoothie, a pocket and a chia pudding. The chia pudding and smoothie are both things I regularly order from other locations but this time they tasted off. Both items tasted sour and I told the cashier and she started arguing with me about how she made the items correctly and theres no way they should taste bad. I explained that I believe her that she made them correctly but they didnt taste right and I wasnt going to be drinking/eating them so Id like a refund. She took about 7 phone calls during our interaction on her personal phone (not calls that came in to the store) with the manager about what to do. She then put the manager on speaker with me and the manager started yelling at me asking why I didnt know what was in the recipes. The manager also said I was trying to take the food and not pay which wasnt the case. I only wanted to be refunded for the items that tasted sour and rotten that I left in the store by the way and absolutely did not eat. The employee then tried to only refund me for one item after saying I could be refunded for both. Im never the type to go this far with interactions like this but once she put the manager on the phone to yell at me I was done. Most ridiculous customer service experience ever. I hope they feel stupid for arguing for half an hour and still losing the money and the possibility of us ever coming back.

I stopped in here today for a very late lunch and as always, I left full, satisfied and happy I ate a well rounded/healthy meal. I must also mention that the worker Daman was extremely kind and helpful. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a genuine smile which seems to be a bit rare these days. She helped me order and had it ready in mere moments again with a big smile on her face. I went for my usual Pangoa bowl as it was the deal of the day (amazing value for $7.99!!) and it was absolutely scrumptious. I love that chopsticks are available as it adds a nice touch. I find it slows me down while eating and I'm able to enjoy the tasty dishes that much more. Huge shoutout to Daman for being so pleasant and truly pleased to help me. She is the main reason for this review although the food was tremendous as always. I definitely recommend this place to others looking for a much healthier (and tastier) alternative to traditional fast food. Keep up the great work! Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian and even some vegan options which was awesome to see!
