I eat at Freshii A LOTbut not the Dakota location as it is not near where I live. Today I pooped in quickly while running some errands. The employee was very rude. I rarely leave a negative review, but Ive also never experienced someone so put out to make a simple orderwhich is their job.

I was very excited to come to the store to have my meal. I entered and it smells bad! Then I asked to use the washroom and I wished if I did not, it was disgusting not clean. After that I was waiting for my order to have it in the store. The guy gave it to me in a dirty plate, has food around and then I told him this is not clean and he did. I came to sit to have my food and table was not clean at all, it has left over food! It was very bad experience for me! Finally I put my plate on the catering table and it has plates there looks like they have been there for at least 2 hours! Preparing area is just a miss! And I felt like this is the worst thing in my day today. For sure, I wont make it to here next time!
