        Very poor customer service! I need new hearing aids because mine broke (originally purchased from Costco) I have to wait 10 weeks for an appointment and then a couple weeks before I actually get the hearing aids?? For real?? 3 months to get new hearing aids. I have severe to moderate lost hearing loss. I can not survive in the normal hearing world without hearings aids for 3 months. Can any one give me some suggestions or recommendations?

        N. was so very helpful. She has a great sense of humor & she answered all my questions. This is my first time wearing hearing aids. It has certainly made a difference in my life. Don't put off buying hearing aids. They certainly add to quality of life, which is so very important! Thank you so much N. & Costco Hearing!
