My experience with this agency was terrible. 2 Caregivers received phone calls from the office that left them in tears because they were being forced to work double shifts, when they refused the owner threatened to fire them. Another caregiver fell asleep on the job within an hour of starting her shift. Pay attention to how staff speak about their employers, the caregivers we had spoke negatively of the owner and I now know from experience that what they said was true. The owner is dishonest and lacks integrity to follow through on her word. If you value dealing with a competent home care agency, do yourself a favor and sign on with another one. There are plenty of better ones to choose from.

They will not give you any vacation even though if you applied. And pay rate is 13.25$

I just wanted to thank Elba Haid and the wonderful staff at Realcare. Last week, my Mother had a dental appointment and this week she had an eye appointment. On both occasions Wheelchair Services and a companion to escort her to the appointments and back to her Personal Care Home was booked. I met them there. "Sherry" (HCA) from Realcare was her companion on both trips. "Sherry" is an absolutely wonderful, caring and compassionate woman. She just doted on my Mother!!! Love working with real care. Its amazing working with them. Everyone is so nice and welcome people with lovely smile. They make schedule according to the availability of person and I never had any issue with my hours or any other thing. Its been four months now that I am in touch with them and the experience is amazing and I also appreciate the hard work they are doing to make us happy and comfortable with them. At last but not the least I want to thank you all for giving me such good experience.
