Was going here to have lunch and drinks to watch the Jets game today. I accidentally walked into the Econoolodge doors instead of the Tapps door and the female working at the front counter literally lost her mind on me. My husband was parking the car so I told her I was just waiting while he parked the car. She proceeded to tell me to get out, I cant be in the lobby unless I am a guest at the hotel - keep in mind this is the Econolodge not a 5 star hotel. Again I said my husband would be right here I just went in the wrong door. She was beyond rude! I asked for her name which she refused to give me, she got the manager from the bar who wasnt much better. I asked what I did wrong and he again said I cant be in the lobby - even if my husband was parking the car. Ridiculous! We went to Tapps, through the right doors and saw that same rude manager working the bar so we left. Not sure where you found your check in person but she certainly needs some people skills.
