Home depot sub-contracted my hot water tank installation to this company. Although there were some initial hiccups but later on they took care of all my requirements very well. They responded very quickly on my phone call and made all repairs. The professionals are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company. In fact Ill now contact with them for my AC repair. Our AC unit was purchased/installed in 2018 under a 5 year warranty (both parts and labor). I called to have our AC serviced during the last week week of June 2021 before the intense Canada Day weekend heat wave. Its September 2021. AC still not working or has been serviced nor have we been called for an update of any kind. If you call the business number, it routes you to a switchboard who A.) refuses to provide management contact, B.) says someone will call us back (no one has, its been 3 weeks) C.) just says well put a note on your file. Its been over 2 full months, pretty much the entire summer and we just have a dead unit taking up space on our property. Theyre clearly sending the message of warranty doesnt mean anything because theyve already got your money with the initial purchase/install. Service: A/C system repair
