Guys were great. Usually had what we needed and service was friendly. Now it changed from 5 out of 5 to 1 out of 5. Counter staff seems good, friendly, and helpful but management was not fine on the phone at all. Also the homeowner was charged extra for warranty parts Werner's Manager called it a "premium"? This inflated the charge to the homeowner by $130.00. This "premium" is just plain bad business. How can you charge a customer, who has a warranty, an extra $130.00 just because you don't want to stock parts. It is very disturbing, Carrier/WWG are the only supplier we have that actually soaks an extra $130 out of the homeowner for warranty parts. I have requested the homeowner make a review and complaint as well to get this bogus "premium" charge back! Hang your head in shame! Very poor business practice and caused my original 5 out of five to become a 1 out of five. Premium charge for less than stellar service is ridiculous. Not impressed with the manager here when speaking with him at anytime. Maybe has an issue with me as a customer who asks too many questions?
