Hidden in an unassuming location, The Loveys Chimney Cakes produces desserts previously unknown to Winnipeg. Despite being the first to specialize in chimney cakes, the actual products varied substantially in quality. The sole chimney cakes were perfectly cooked and lightly sweet, with a soft texture that is able to keep its iconic shape. The ice cream chimney cakes, however, had decent ice cream but burnt and stiff cake cones. The cones were bitter and unenjoyable to eat. If you ever do visit The Loveys Chimney Cakes, absolutely order the chimney cakes with spread and stay clear of the ice creams.

First chimney cake experience - 10/10. From the presentation, taste to customer service . I find myself always craving for the nutty flavour , it has simply become my favourite go to dessert.Its not easy having a good experience with people but I always feel welcomed whenever I go there.
