Tried to get my new car insured and I needed to pay PST. I tried to tell them I traded in a vehicle and you do not pay PST on that amount and they kept telling me I was incorrect even after speaking with a supervisor. Turned out they were wrong and overcharged me $1,000. I am entitled to a refund but has to go through MPI and will take a long period of time. A complete nuisance that could have been avoided if they listened and knew what they were doing.

Husband visited this location to register a new vehicle. Was charged incorrectly, after he questioned that it seemed off. The supervisor even came and assisted, but assured him that it was correct. We called the dealership we had purchased as were estimated a much different tax cost and wanted to ensure this was correct. They told us to go back, as it had been done incorrectly and the trade value not factored in (what my husband had asked about). The next lady was able to quickly correct this, but not able to refund the close to $1000 difference. Do not go here for your MPI needs theyll make you then go hunt down $1000 that they incorrectly charged you in the first place.

After having yet another horrible experience with my previous insurance provider, I was put in touch with Daniel Funk at Winnipeg Business Insurance and I can only sing his praises. In addition to getting back to me in very short order, his communications were spot on, keeping me in the loop at every step of the process of changing over. I most certainly was not expecting to have my new insurance in place in two days - I was expecting two weeks! To make a long story short, I can't recommend Daniel enough for your business insurance needs.
