        My family has been dealing with this insurance company for years. As soon as the company transferred ownership the organization went downhill. The new owner/manager Janice hadnt properly completed a request on my behalf and has put my home and my assets in jeopardy. Not following up with clients to request documents to cover assets and just choosing not to cover them is absolutely unacceptable. The remaining staff is decent for basic requests but unhelpful for more intricate requests. THE ONLY REASON Im giving three stars is because they have a manager named Kevin who is by far the most outstanding insurance agent I have dealt with. I would give him infinite stars. I would highly recommend to request Kevin if you are to visit this establishment he will assist you with all your needs with ease. In my opinion, he should take his outstanding workmanship and relocate.
