    I had Mike Lucas assigned as my adjuster for a fire claim on my property. Mr. Lucas was neglectful of communications, compassion and attentiveness to me as a client. He was often hard to get a hold of, late on responding or did not respond at all. His inability to take phone calls, or use of initiative lead to further damage to my property. I had appealed the damage to my property to the insurance Ombudsman and they immediately overruled decisions that were made determining that I was in the right. Due to these damages, I myself paid for and completed repairs to negate further financial hardship. Once it was determined this would be covered under the claim a cheque was sent to an old address. I reached out to Mr. Lucas to inquire as to the status of the payment and to confirm the address 15 days after he said payment was sent as I had not received it. He did not respond. 14 days after I inquired as to the status I physically attended the QA Adjusting office. The receptionist was able to speak to Mr. Lucas immediately and he had still not done anything about my inquiry. It was after I left the office that Mr. Lucas attempted to confirm the mailing address. As this was a rental property, I had insured rent. Mr Lucas informed the insurance company that the work had been completed in the April timeframe, when in fact the total repairs had not been completed until into September, however the majority were completed by mid-July. This caused several months of benefits being ceased before they were supposed to be. I reached out to QA to inform them of my dissatisfaction and my intent to leave a negative review as well as reach out to the BBB. Even after I gave my notice of intent, Mr. Lucas was still negligent with communications in dealing with me and my claim and took almost a week to give a confirmation email. If this company ends up managing your claim I would attempt to get it reassigned. There is obviously no discipline or accountability held onto the adjusters.

    We had excellent service from Bob Clement. We called our Insurance agent and the same day Bob called us. The next day he was out to assess the damage. And within three weeks the cheque was in the mail to us and we have the claim settled.

    Terrible, right to the end. Cheap, cut rate scabs. Looking to pinch every penny regardless what familiy is sitting in a moldy house. Oh and that mold wouldnt have got there if they had there butt in gear from day 1 of the emergency, not 3 months later pinching pennys. If you get an adjustor from this outfit call your insurance provider and get a different one NOW
