I am not happy with the service received from them. I started a claim over 4 months a go addressing that this claim needed to be be dealt with quite quickly. We addressed the need that as each week passed more damages would be incurred on the house structurally. They sent people who were not even local to address things and never heard back from them. They assigned me a senior claims specialist Bob Walsh who was no help to anything I have addressed. Fast forward 4 months later the house has significant damages to the house on the main and second level and from what I read in their policy if they actually ever get to that point they will not cover any damages incurred ton the original claim I submitted. What's the purpose of these people if they don't address any of the claims submitted.

They canelled my insurance telling me my 1 year old furnace was to old and that I had a non relative living in my house. Does buying insurance from a place allow them to decide who lives there.

No Aviva adjusters working in province of Manitoba. Our claim was farmed out to another company (Sedgwick) in Calgary. Claim started May 13. Still waiting for estimate on July 7. Total runaround from Sedgwick, a third party who blames other third parties. Great company unless you actually have a time of need - then they are nowhere to be seen. If you like being just a number, this is the insurance company for you!
