I don't even feel to give one star for this firm , the location at main street , the manager is raises , and dosent have any knowledge about the mpi policies and he is rude too the customers , before that location was hillis insurance i dealt with them 3 years , no problems at all it was excellent staff's ,it's a new company and new manager has no knowledge they should hire better qualified and with better attitude person that will help the business, I heard from few people from this area about the worst service

Not limited to this location but the employees dont even know their own policies, completely incompetent and unhelpful, and dont care about helping their customers. Autopac is a joke and an embarrassment to this province. The females at this location are especially rude.
