Bell MTS

They don't have loaner phones for when they send yours out on warranty. Staff encouraged me 2 times to take it to a repair shop instead. My family came in and said, "let's go to a bell location that has loaner phones." I asked if there may be some at a Bell elsewhere. He got mean & rude w me saying he had told me to do this when he had been telling me to find any repair shop in Winnipeg (wouldn't that have been at my own cost & not on warranty?) Go to the polo park store which is actually Bell's own corporate location, they were extremely helpful. Don't go here.

The manager at this location took advantage of a senior citizen selling them a new iPhone with a data plan when they didn't want one. When we tried to deal with the situation they were rude and unprofessional. The manager argued and said my dad asked for an unlimited data plan yet he has never used the internet a day in his life. Based on principal this is SO WRONG. I've called and spoken to several Bell representatives, three of them told me that he was taken advantage of but there was nothing they could do. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. How many other seniors have been taken advantage of and how can a company recognize this yet are unwilling to rectify the situation?

Shout out to the guy who wanted to charge me $10.00 to replace a defective SIM card. I switched my service provider to Telus today. Got the same plan for $5.00 cheaper and they covered all my costs. Including the SIM. Byeeeeeee!
