        Went in there to upgrade phone and guy was chewing gum with his mouth open basically directly into my ear while telling me he couldnt help me if I didnt know my pin. I tried proving other identification and he said there was nothing he could do in a very smug way. I was with Rogers for 10 + years . Did the move to Telus where they offered me a better plan , customer service and phone anyways. Ill never go back to them
