last month I went down to the Bellmts to sign a new contract and get a new phone well I got the LG velvet phone anyways in the contract there is a clause that gives you the buyer's remorse for 60 days I noticed that my Network signal was very weak so I went in under the buyer's remorse clause to get another phone the only other phone that was available for me to get there that I would have liked only to find out there's no expandable memory in that particular phone, so I changed my mind on it so I got another phone the LG velvet but a different color okay they let me exchange the phone but they also jacked up the price I had to pay more money which I was not impressed with. okay I paid the additional money only to find out that this new lg velvet phone the Network signal is also very weak and barely shows on this meter. but before I did all that I wanted to see if I could get this phone fixed under warranty without having it sent out so they sent me to another location when I got there then they sent me through a third location then the Third location sent me back again they told me I have to go back to the original store from where I got the phone from I did not appreciate the runaround.
