    Was a great buisness that had consistent speeds and always were upgrading their services without impacting their prices. But since being bought out by Xplornet the speeds are almost always 30 mbps lower than what Im paying for and the customer service is next to useless.

    Update to this: Full Throttle has been sold to xplorenet, and their service is spotty, and unreliable. Their customer support is not helpful. I am stuck with no better options unfortunately. So far a great provider for rural high speed. Great service, and willing to accommodate in order to keep clients happy. As with anything there will sometimes be issues, but like I said they try hard to accommodate. Definitely a big improvement over my last broadband provider who seemed to stop caring.

    Very very disappointed we make the switch from MTS as we live outside the perimeter and no high speed available for our daughter to complete her nursing degree on line and wife being able to work from home. Full Throttle was amazing and everything we wanted and more local call tech support quick email communication if there were problems absolutely perfect. Fast forward 6 six months and along comes Xplornet complete opposite service is horrible works some days freezes constantly can not get a hold of anyone and if you do they dont care what a shame that a fabulous company like full throttle sold out there loyal subscribers back to larger non caring companies. I guess $$$$$$$$ talks. Actively seeking a new version of full throttle if anyone has a good luck story to share. Thanks for the short term service FT wish we could have continued on.

    Horribly run company. The get bought out by xplornet and then just drop off the face of the earth. It's now impossible to contact them, been without internet for 4 days now for no reason, not so much as a phone call to let us know why. They don't answer their support line. Xplornet can't help because they "don't handle the tech support" This company is an embarrassment. Leaving us without internet for this long without anyway to get in touch with them for support. Absolutely unacceptable.
