        They sold me insurance plans that they don't service, they sold me a SIM card that doesn't work, and when I went to the store to get an upgrade they disconnected my account and couldn't get fixed. After 2 hours and causing the store to line up with six people waiting they kicked me out without a working phone and said oh well. It should be criminal. I will be filing complaints with the consumer rights boards and other well then locations and definitely corporate Rogers along with online everywhere . NEVER visit the store. This is my experience every single time I've gone here. IT'S A JOKE
