        Long waits, 3 people passing the buck, put on hold a minimum of 45 minutes, completely useless people answering the phonethey arent able to answer the most simple questions. Im phoning fir my grandsonwe would never ever ever use Fido!! Get your act together!! Put people on the ohone who can speak English and dont work at a call center! Absolutely useless service!!!

        My girlfriend and I received wonderful service from Alec, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind.He stayed with us 2 hours explaining everything from top to bottom.I would definitely recommend other people to Go to Fido and get served by Alec.
