DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My step mom and I went to get matching anklets for Mothers Day with an apt. I was shocked at the low quality of the permanent anklet chains they offer. But we were there and I didnt want to ruin our day. We got them done anyways and though the woman was nice enough the experience was lacklustre. She barely spoke to us and kept dropping the jewelry on the very dirty floor and then using it again. Not even three days later and my step moms anklet broke off. It didnt get caught on anything it just fell off. 100$ later and the gift didnt even last a week. I was offered to have it welded back on but because I dont live in the city I would be paying a lot in gas to drive back to get no compensation. Again this was a 100$ chain that has the same low quality as craft supplies. There are other permanent jewellery businesses in Winnipeg if you really want to get this done I would suggest trying somewhere else. I wasted 200$ for nothing. Side note it takes a lot for me to write a bad review so dont take this lightly.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $90 (which is an insane price in the first place) for ONE "gold" bracelet. After 1 month, the bracelet was completely tarnished (so was my friend's who got hers with me), and the bracelet chain broke a month and half after getting it. I have heard similar experiences from a couple other people who have got bracelets here, seems to be a common theme. I do not recommend spending your time or money here as it'll be a waste. The permanent jewelry is obviously very poor quality and wayyyy overpriced. I understand we are able to go back to the shop to get a replacement but if they're calling this a "permanent" bracelet, customers should not need to return to the store every time it breaks off, pretty much defeats the purpose and it is inconvenient.

Paid a lot for permanent jewellery that looks horrible after 2 months. It definitely tarnished after only a couple of weeks.

I bought a pendant being told it wouldn't tarnish and is waterproof with it being gold plated, so i bought the pendant since it was the same thing as if i were to get a plated pendant at peoples for the same price, especially since they specialize in permanent jewelry and advertise that pendants can be added to the permanent jewelry. Less than 3 months later my pendant is fading and tarnishing out. I went in store to tell them about the problem and concern, and i was told there is nothing they can do about it. The product has not and did not live up to what they advertised and what they told me.

Went in store today to look for some rings, loved that they had silver pieces! Hannah helped me try some on and they were great quality. Great store for gift shopping.
