Ive always had incredible service here with associates who are informative and kind as well as concerned with your desires ! Its worth the money and time, Ben moss items are always a great investment!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. my mom was accused that we swore at one of the employees there when my mom was on the phone with the manager in training! The person talking to us was unprofessional in my opinion and noticed she started raising her voice! saying my mom had received the new earrings and that there shouldnt be any other problem, while my mom was trying to talk, she was cutting her off saying, shes not trying to argue with her and that she should be pleased that the new earrings arrived, this is ridiculous! this isnt acceptable as a customer. I would have given 0 stars if I could, never going back to this location!

My fianc and I are both very happy with the service we got from Valerie and Sylvia! They were both extremely patient, understanding, professional, helpful and friendly. It was an amazing experience overall and they really made sure that my fianc and I were happy with our purchase. They did whatever they can to help us and they both went above and beyond with their customer service! I highly recommend this location! Thank you again Valerie and Sylvia for all your help!
