AWFUL SERVICE! They sell earrings that dont fit the average ear because the post is usually too small or the studs are too big. Some workers are incredibly rude and the manager himself is also rude. No returns or exchange even though they will lie to you that you can exchange but you cannot. Take your business elsewhere it is not worth it I promise.

Bought a $50 anklet for my daughter for her grad present, it broke within 20 minutes of her wearing it. Brought it back the next day and they exchanged it and put a Final Sale stamp on the receipt. Got home and she put the new one on and it broke again. Was not able to come back to the store for two weeks to exchange it. Go back into store and they refuse to exchange for something different. Young lady working was very nice but manager refused to do an exchange....trying to tell me it's good quality and it wouldn't break without force.i have better things to do than keep coming back to the mall to deal with an exchange twice now. My 13 year old doesn't have a grad present and the anklet is scrap metal now!...At the same time I had bought a leather bracelet which broke, but I was able to fix it. Very bad experience and wouldn't recommend you shop here...poor quality product.
