BMO Bank of Montreal

Horrible company. Been spending 3 days listening to their every step to transfer MY money to my new bank. They still have not let me switch over. The fees are too much and want out. They are robbing me bruh. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Cant wait to never have to deal with them again

Im so happy to have dealt with this branch while being my fathers POA and later executor. Through it all they were helpful and now that my business with them is complete for my father I am moving my money and investments out of my credit union to here.

Never had them answer the phone when I call the general branch line, helpful when I have a meeting but I always have to wait several hours to a day for a call back. Also scheduling the meeting is less helpful because, generally, no one is available to meet for about a week.

My experience was terrible at this branch. I am the POA of my mothers account, under the our lawyers proof document. But when I was trying to transfer some fund at this branch, I had showed all the legal documents, registration of POA at BMO system, photo IDs etc...... BUT the branch manager ended up freezing my mothers account (and the fund), Plus, add warning to their system of my name...... We solved the problem at different branch, but my mother had to travel there in person.
