        I worked here for a year and this place is a scam and extremely racist I'm native American and was treated like a outsider but if I was a immigrant different story also the jackets are filled with duck not goose feathers

        Warranty is a joke. A simple button popped off. Need to send my wifes away for 2-4 weeks. I asked for them to simply send me a button and Id have it repaired at my cost at a tailor of their choice. Sending away a jacket for a month in the middle of winter seems completely rediculous. Her choices are: 1) repair is with some random bottom and void warranty 2) spend the winter in a $1,500.00 damaged jacket 3) send jacket away for a month in the middle of winter. I will never get another one of these or recommend to anyone else
