Bison Family Medical Clinic on Pembina

Super unprofessional and this is why our medical system sucks!! My doctor referred him to Dr. LAWAL and we were told it was a three month wait. Okay fine! No one from the clinic called me to book this appointment. I called and booked an appointment and finally got one, only to get a call stating there is a schedule change and the appointment needs to be cancelled and rescheduled!! My son CANNOT wait and needs to see a psychiatrist. Absolutely ridiculous! Will be asking for a referral elsewhere!

Never answer the phone. I literally have to call 8 times before someone will answer and when the do all the front staff are incompetent and rude. They have a GIANT sign inside about not yelling at or being rude to the staff because I'm sure people are siiiiick of how awful they are. Staff are constantly dropping like flies and new ones popping up so management is probably the issue. The only reason they get 1 start is because when I actually get to see my family doctor they're great. If you go for walk in they want you in and out as fast as possible and won't really let you ask any questions

While I found the psychiatrist very helpful, his assistant not so much. Im on long term disability and called several times to make sure that the paperwork was sent to Canada life (they had sent the paperwork twice). If this paperwork is not done my financial support gets cut off. I have explained this several times to his assistant not just once. All I was told today was that all they can help me with is what I was asking for today. Are you kidding me? I would like to hear from a manger in regards to this asap.
