Henderson Medical Centre

Apparently takes walk ins . Tried calling 1st but no answer at open time of 9am. Went for 915 , parking lot empty with 2 receptions sitting behind counter. Was told they couldn't take an appointment. So went to Ray of hope down the street. ..all seems sort of pointless to advertise walk ins and not accept any when the place was empty 15 mins after open

They "open" at 9 am but the doctor doesn't start work until 10 am...... wish they would adjust the hours as this was a waste of my time stopping here

Went there for a urgent matter body part turning purple and black was told I could see a doctor waited a hour and was told doctor wasnt seeing anymore patients for the day after I was triaged wonder why our health care system is a mess this place contributes to that receptionist is Rude and you have to repeat Yourself 3 times for her to understand. Gigantic waste of time place is really dirty too dont waste your time going to this place now Im at urgent care waiting 5 hrs to see a doctor

Accommodating and sensitive. Although fully booked, managed time to see my elderly sister as a walk in. Too bad the doctor was not taking new patients as my sister was very taken by her professional and compassionate care. We will definitely return if in need of a walk in clinic.
