Im a very new patient here ! very impressive with professional doctor, friendly and useful receptionist. Firstly, I called to make appointment, the receptionist gave information and direction very nicely, clearly and easily to follow to register online for a new patient. After that, with my cold/flu symptoms, I didnt need to come instead of the doctor will call me. Honestly, this was the first time I had virtual care so Im afraid that it will not work ! especially I had had a bad experience from another walk-in clinic 4 months ago with the same symptoms !! With my surprise, everything went very smoothly. The doctor called me on time, asked me all of the symptoms and gave the conclusion about my illness. However, I was not acceptable which the doctor said right away but she was very patient and professional to explain all of my concerns. She also issued and emailed the doctors note for me to apply for my absence at workplace, sent the description to drug store and gave very details about the usage of medicines. I know this is her job but she did beyond all my expectation that words cannot describe! Today is just the second day after I have followed her description but I feel really better and recover 80%. I write this review to show my appreciation and thankfulness to Dr: Lynette Badenhorst and the receptionist who set up my appointment very quickly and enthusiastically support to my registration when I was very sick and my mind was not clear enough to complete the process for new patient. Thanks so much again! Highly recommended this clinic for everyone!!

The receptionists were very unfriendly and unprofessional. They completely missed one patient off the list and then when a walk in patient came in who was their same nationality he jumped ahead of 3 others in line. They then proceeded to talk to one another in their own language and were laughing right after dealing with another patient - it looked really bad and unprofessional. Dr. was fine but he wrote prescription incorrectly and it took 2 days for the receptionists to get back to the pharmacy with the accurate prescription bc they could not read the fax number. Would not recommend this clinic to anybody.

Doctor is friendly and takes the time to make sure you get the appropriate medication if it's needed. Short wait times.

Did not like the clinic...receptionist talks to people walking in, in their language while waiting to take my medical and the Doctor is not the friendliest and doesnt understand our concerns.....
