Legacy Sport Medicine Clinic - Park City

I showed up for my appointment and the front desk staff rudly said I did not have an appointment. Rude and unhelpful! I have proof my appointment was confirmed. Wasted an hour out of my day getting there. I guess clients do not matter.

Michael McKay gave me a incorrect diagnosis and reinjured my injury trying to say it was other then it was.

Disappointing. Ive had success with the other location - however Dr Katz had no interest in treating me. He barely looked at me - didnt explain what was wrong - printed out an exercise sheet for the wrong body part and told me to come back in a month or two. Im guessing if youre not a high profile athlete he has no interest in treating you.

Incompetent staff. Id love to give a review of this clinic but the staff in Dr. Richards office are so incompetent that they lost my referral three times and I never did get an appointment. Im sure the clinic is beautiful and Dr. Richards is likely an excellent doctor but Ill never know. I waited over 3 months only to have to ask for a referral to another clinic. We confirmed the fax number was correct each time the referral was re-faxed. I even confirmed with the staff the 3rd time it was faxed and was told they received it and the doctor was reviewing it. Upon following up a month later after hearing nothing I was again told they did not gave a referral for me on file.

This location was the new one in Transcona. Everything was top notch. The staff, the doctors. Quick in and out. Would not hesitate to go back.
