Centre de santé Saint-Boniface

The actual clinic is great. Great front desk staff. Friendly doctors and specialists. Basically the complete opposite of the horrible service and incompetence taking place at their walk-in clinic. If you want to see a Dr here, get a doctor. Do not waste your time and energy on the walk-in.

Im very disappointed with their service. For the last six months Ive been trying to get a check up. Every time I try to call them Im put on hold for hours and nobody ever answers so it ends up hanging up. I dont have much time in my day because of a very busy work schedule. Multiple times I went down to the walk in and they turned me away because they were full. I even scheduled a phone appointment with them and the day of my appointment nobody called me. I feel theyre wasting my time and neglecting my health. All I want is to talk to a doctor but communication with them seems almost impossible. I recommend finding yourself a doctor elsewheres if youre looking for a new doctor because they do not prioritize or look out for their clients, and hey maybe the doctors are good at their jobs but the receptionists sure arent as they never pick up the phone, turn away clients and ignore scheduled appointments.

I've always had a great experience coming to this doctor's office, been going for years and years and wouldn't want to go to another. They all seem like they care, except the receptionists aren't as friendly as I would like them to be.

My only complaint is that the doctors are so beloved its hard to get an appointment.

I've been going to the Centre de Sant since I moved to Winnipeg. It's sometimes a little hard to get an appointment with a doctor (from my experience I've had to wait on average at least 2 to 4 weeks). Often I end up just going to the walk-in for urgent matters and the nurses are great. I recently dealt with a pressing medical issue. I didn't have any appointment and couldn't make it to the walk-in but the receptionists Aich and Tasure went out of their way to assist and get me to see a doctor as soon as possible to get an appropriate prescription. The receptionists are always super friendly, polite and trying to best accommodate everyone. Le service en franais est auasi trs bien. Highly recommend!
