So i came in today expecting if i do get a prescription, i will have to pay and get my partner to manually put in my prescription on there insurance. Since every other pharmacy gives up since its not a local insurance. But the girl put in the work, had to pay today but she said she will stay on the phone with them to get it worked out so it will be on file (she was already on the phone for half an hour) and i wont have to worry about it next time. Really appreciated it! And will definitely come back to fill prescriptions and if i have any other concerns that i need to go to a walk in for.

I literally have tears in my eyes writing this, I have been having a terrible sore throat and ear pain which hasnt been allowing me sleep. I went to Henderson clinic the sent me away saying their doctor will call me. The doctors calls and I explained all I was going through and she tells me to keep taking advil or Motrin and to gaggle salt water which I have been doing for a week now which so much pain. I called Red river clinic, was asked to come in to see a doctor, the doctor check my throat and ear and said I definitely need an antibiotics cos it was infected. They were all polite and caring, you should definitely go here

Dr Abdullatif Haresha is a wonderful, caring, and dedicated physician. He's excellent with my kids and amazingly accessible, fitting in patient phone calls with any spare minute he has. And he was doing this even before the pandemic. He gets a wholehearted 5/5 stars from me and my family and it hurts to leave this review. I simply cannot fathom how he has come to surround himself with such an unimaginably incompetent, disorganized, uncaring, and ineffective office staff. 4 times IN A ROW we've called to check if appointments were on time only to arrive and wait for over an hour with kids under 3. The worst time, my wife was there almost 2 and a half hours waiting with our 5 month old after calling and confirming the doctor was on time. They tried to solve this by giving us the first appointment of the day for our next visit but it happened again anyways. The doctor didn't even walk into the building until more than an hour later (he had an emergency). He said he actually skipped two other patients to see us first because he knows how our appointments have been... so we weren't the first appointment after all. Reception knew about this ahead of time and told us nothing. A 5 minute check-up was a 90 minute ordeal and I'm now late getting back to work... again. Let me be clear, I don't care when I'm seen. Doctors are busy people and things always come up. I don't even care if my appointment is 2 hours late. But a receptionists job is to make and run the office schedule. It is not much to ask for a quick call saying "hey, we're about an hour behind today, please delay your arrival by 45 mins". Especially when we call them to ask ourselves. My family doctor does it because he's never on time, but I never have to wait. Not to mention the limited waiting room area (with reduced seating for the pandemic) gets packed with the backlog of patients. Just absolutely irresponsible. Seriously, this is for a pediatrician. Your clients are children. Have some respect for your employers patients and their parents and use some common sense in your time management. Despite our love for Dr Haresha, we're likely going to find a new pediatrician. The office staff have become completely intolerable and are beyond retraining. They need to be replaced with people who care at least 5% as much as the doctor does.
