        I had severe cold and fever and wanted to get telephone appointment. But as I haven't visited there in person I can not get telephone appointment at all and at the same time can not do walk in either. So, How can one seek medical advise?

        I came to this clinic in quite a bit of pain right at 9am hoping to beat the rush and was told by the unfriendly pharmacy staff to wait outside in my car (good thing I had a car as if was -10) and call the clinic. After the clinic finally answered their phone I was told to they were only seeing their regular patients so I would have to go somewhere else. Very unimpressed.
