        Attended today and had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen. Also the lab person made a mistake and didn't collect all of my paperwork at the get go so she had to draw my blood twice. Staff were very friendly. Waiting area in lab could be cleaner (floors).

        Theres one lady staff whos super bossy that feels like she owns the entire lab. She doesnt know the word RESPECT. Shes so rude especially to elderly.
