        Kieran is the best. Super thorough and thoughtful. He wont farm you for extra hours and money. Really respectful and will also put some accountability on you the client to do your homework. He also doesnt talk to you like you dont know anything, but yet makes it simple enough to follow. He also never once told me youll never be able to do [X,Y,Z] again. Im really glad he was recommended to me.

        Great people to work with who genuinely cares about not only your well being but also on how to improve your well being. Sherwin has been very active in accommodating for the groups and individuals Ive sent to him regarding training. All had very positive experiences, hence I continue to do so. SHERWIN and his team are definitely people you can trust in putting together programming for you. Their massage therapy and physio are also second to none, I highly recommend them as well. This is my spot!
