Raj Lottey - very professional, easy to talk to and work with. very knowledgeable. i'm glad i made the call Raj is very great to work with in every way, on top of getting me a great rate he was also extremely friendly and professional. As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions, Raj was always very thorough in his answers and always very responsive. He was also very proactive in his communications with my lawyer, making sure we were hitting all of our critical timelines. Lastly, He went ahead and watched rates on my behalf to ensure I got the best rate right before closing, which resulted in my rate being lowered at the last possible minute (as the prime had dropped). Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone in the market. Outside of my experience with Raj Lottey (Cost To Cost) appears to be set up to be transparent and easy to understand.
