Tim Yuen Mortgage Specialist - Castle Mortgage, Winnipeg, MB

Started looking for a home at the beginning of February 2023. Due to the high interest rates on mortgages I shopped around to see what I could find. I spoke with CIBC, True North (advertising that they had the best deals) and Tim Yuen (recommended by a co-worker). I didn't hide the fact to Tim that I was also using True North for the purchase of my new residence. This didn't affect his amazing customer service, prompt communication and knowledgeable advice. Tim was on top of things up until the last minute to where I decided that I was going to use him as my mortgage guy instead of True North. I purchased my residence at the end of February 2023 and there were no "hiccups" with the financing. I highly recommend Tim Yuen for your mortgage needs. He's extremely knowledgeable, highly organized, communicates promptly and a good and genuine person.

Tim is a very knowledgeable Mortgage professional. He was always available to take all our questions and provide in-depth answers.
