Amazing and friendly staff, residents are fun to be around and to chat with, constant activities being done throughout the day such as bowling, physical exercise to get the residents moving.

I walked in and saw my mother in law sitting by herself in a wheelchair in her room, in depends and staring at a wall for hours and hours and hours on end we did have one worker come in to get him a banana and a fresh juice however made no attempts to help her with it. Not to mention he had not removed the old, quite stale juice sitting on her bedside that she could not possible reach. They have not provided her with an alert bracelet if she require help either. The room is hot and stuffy and when I asked if there anything we could do to help with her eyes it was ignored. I asked the charge nurse for help and immediately got an attitude. This was on the second floor. My mother in laws room was not the cleanest, her bedding was neither clean, nor was her bed tidied or made. This is not how a nursing home should be run. The care is absolutely deplorable and I will be dealing with anyone and everyone who will investigate to make the lives is these loved ones far better. I work in healthcare, with Drs and patients and this is absolutely NOT why anyone one of us goes in that field. Our goal is to provide, dignity, respect, care and above all help!!

Dont send anyone there, its very bad retirement home for seniors and all staffs are worst.
