KNH was very good many years ago but not today My review Covid safety. 5 Visit hours. 2 Activity. 2 Home care help. 4 Food served. 1 My opinion Master Chefs maybe good to work in ZOO not in Nursing Home Serving for Dinner pizza hard like rock and corn Its not for very elderly people. My Mom has Alzheimers and has been there 6 weeks. I will not be moving her anywhere else . Thank you Management and Staff for your support during this difficult time.

Revera needs to monitor and train staff better, to ensure that proper protocols are being followed, and people's family members are taken care of properly, and not neglected, and as a result severely injured. do your research before selecting this care home. This company already has a bad reputation and history for understaffing and having too many residents to keep operating safely and to a standard. It's unfair to the residents, and the families who place their loved ones in care at this facility. It's unfortunate that these residents are the ones who suffer in silence on a day to day basis. if you want your loved ones to be left helpless on the floor in their room with severe injuries - this is the place for you - thumb's down!!
