Hakim Optical - Kildonan Place mall

I get staff get busy BUT you dont tell a customer that you will call them back in 15 minutes or even that you will call them back either way and then DONT. I have been waiting for over a month for my glasses and thats just ridiculous in my mind.

My wife had gone into see by chance if they could fix the temples on her glasses even if she had bought them from Costco who was not able to fix them. The girl was very helpful and did this at No cost to her. Looks like her next glasses will be at hakim. Thank you so much.

Wandered around the shop today for 15min. No one offered assistance or acknowledged my presence. I was the only potential customer in there. Fantastic.

I would have left 0 stars but I couldnt. Absolutely the worst product you can buy. Two years ago glasses fell apart. Still under warranty so they replaced them. Thot it was a glitch. My new glasses just fell apart one month off warranty. This is not a warranty issue but a manufacturing issue. Ive had glasses that last for years. They will not stand behind their products. Paid around $700 for glasses that fell apart in a year. Stay far away from these people.
