Terrible customer service. The staff didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The staff gets 0 stars, 2 stars go for the variety of glasses available

Really awful customer service. Had to get glasses for my son quickly when his broke beyond repair. They gave us a week wait time before they can make any adjustment to fit him properly. They refused to check if my contact information was correct after I had been waiting to hear back regarding my sons new prescription. It doesnt take much to write down a number. Not to mention they are rarely open during their posted hours of operation. Wont be dealing with this place anymore.

They have a massive store but no Brand names they have advertising all over store and windows showing Rayban Gucci extra but only sell in downtown location I just don't get it I'm guessing it won't be around never see a soul in there

I wish there was an option to give zero. We went to this store on Wednesday (Dec 14th,2022) at 1:50 pm and there was this only girl in the store. She was useless and we didn't get proper service. Also, we called the store at 1:45 pm and she said she going for a lunch and won't be back until 3:30 pm so if we want to come to the store we should come after that. What kind customer service is that???!!! And Hakim Optical, if you guys give 1.5 hours of break....do let me know where you apply I would love to join!!!
