Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

Dr. Robert is super nice and patient. Give a lot of professional advice for my symptoms. Cant believe I sticked with them for 6 years.

Was only trying to get ahold of the optical department, because I am looking for new glasses. Got transferred once from Customer service, then I could hear someone punching the keypad, then hung up on. Called back and spent 15 minutes being shuffled back to the main phone menu when nobody at the optical department bothered to pick up. This makes me dissapointed because Superstore eas the first place i got glasses when I was a kid. I guess Superstore on bison dr doesn't want my business. Will never agsin shop at Superstore for any reason now. I guess they do well enough they don't feel the need for my business. I'd give 0 stars if i could.

Viv is amazing! She is a problem solver. Fixes your glasses like a magician. Dr.kashin was extremely friendly.

I went there several times. One time a gentleman fixed nose pad of my glasses without charges, I really appreciated and took my son to there and bought two pairs of glasses. Today I went there for the broken nose pad for my glasses again. I was disappointed to be refused to help me because one staff said my glasses did not buy from this store, even I told her I would like to pay for the service. I was wondering why the services were different provided by different staff.
