I call the companys phone Twice no one answer the call, sent email , they reply told that fully booked .I ask what timeline in the future, they reply again that cannot give a time frame. are currently not taking on residential work You could explain in the beginning that, dont want residential work , save both time I saw this companys Google review very good, so I thought its a good company to work with in the first impression, but a bit disappointing that your staff could say things straight and simple never mind , its not saying that your are at fault, thanks for reply in the email

Fantastic experience with Castle Pest Control. They were accommodating, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient (without sacrificing quality). I'll be recommending this company any chance I get to friends and family! 10/10 - would welcome another insect invasion for a chance to use Castle again.

I researched a number of companies and landed on Castle Pest Control to help me eradicate ants that were coming into our home. It was a stressing situation and Kristi in the office was super responsive. She spent time on the phone helping me to understand my problem while providing any advice possible. The technician Ron was very thorough in inspecting the property and outlining an action plan. He also recommended other things we could do to reduce ant activity around the home. Instructions and reports were clearly communicated. Over a period of several weeks and varying treatments, the problem was resolved. I liked the feeling that Castle was partnering with me to eradicate this problem - it wasnt just a matter of spraying. It was successively reviewing our progress and making suggestions for what to do next, applying different treatments based on where we were at. I felt I no longer needed to worry about our ant invasion because it was in the hands of experts who knew what to do. Great professional, friendly and thorough service all around.
