Dr. Chartrand is amazing. The amount of care and interest that she shows in my dog is phenomenal. She is interested to listen to my comments of what I am noticing and goes over various options for care. She is patient with my dog who is admittedly not good at being still for needles. Her expertise and dedication is truly appreciated.

This place really rips people off. Ive gone there twice. First time they charged me 95 dollars to put a tape measure to my dogs face and tell me it was going to be 2500 get it removed. 1 quote that takes 10 mins should not be $90. Then I went somewhere else.. they did the surgery for $1500 Then I went to there to get my dogs bloodwork checked for hypothyroidism. They wanted to charge me $250 just to see if she has hypothyroidism. I called one place and they were $130 cheaper. Pretty large difference in pricing Id say! I wanted to go here because its close to our house but certainly not worth it if the vets are taking advantage of people.
