Been waiting for a delivery for a prescription since yesterday she told me it would be here by 5 to 6 pm yesterday and nothing this is the second time with this place I offered to pick it up but she told me the guy will be here soon and nothing never again

I had called the house doctor Saturday morning and he called in a prescription for me I had talked to the pharmacy Saturday evening at 5pm and they said I prescription would be sent out to me. Fast forward to Sunday morning. Nothing has showed up. I called the pharmacy Sunday afternoon and they said the driver came to my place at 435pm Saturday. (Keep in mind I talked to them at 5 and they were processing it to send out) they said they would look into it. I called them back 45 min later and they had told me the driver has tried to call me multiple times.(no calls have come through on my phone) and they said they would get them out to me today forsure and put a rush.. well here we are 11:50pm Sunday and yet again nothing has shown up this is soooo frustrating and soooo unprofessional thankfully they arent life saving meds that Im waiting for!!!!!

Was told over the phone by the Dr that my son was to take 5ml 3 times a day for 10 days. . Have measured it out every time with the measuring lids from childrens Tylenol to give him his medicine. There's not even enough medicine for 7 days nevermind 10. When I had called on the 7th at 11:36 to see if they recieved the prescription I was told they would call me back in 15 minutes with a price how much it would be I didn't receive a call back till 2:03 that day. Which Im positive is only because I called the doctors office wanting to have the prescription changed elsewhere and she said that she would call the pharmacy and talk to them since I tried multiple times to reach them and was unsuccessful. Was also told delivery would be 30 minutes and came 54 minutes later. Then I was phoned and they told me with an attitude "I'm outside your door buzzer is not working" if they would've scrolled through the buzzer they would've seen they were at the wrong door because there's not a 306 on that side of the building.

Do not reccomend. Had a prescription I needed filled and I offered to pick it up rather than have it delivered (because of the reviews of their delivery service being unreliable). Their online posted Saturday hours are 3PM-6PM, I called at 3:20PM to confirm that my prescription had been received and to see if an estimated time of completion could be provided, no answer... I called back at 3:30 PM... Still no answer. I called again at 4:02PM and finally someone answered the phone. I was told there would still be atleast a couple of hour wait for pick up of my prescription and they were open until 7PM... not 6PM...I was told she would call when it was ready. At 6:10PM I finally got a call for pick up but unfortunately I was out and not able to pick it up, she offered delivery and I said okay but, I won't be home until 7:30PM, she said no problem. 7:15PM I get a call from the delivery driver asking if I was home becausehe was already outside, I said no I wasn't but was on the way in a few minutes. We got home and saw him already parked outside our home... 10 minutes earlier than when I agreed for delivery. He wouldn't get out of the car and wanted my husband to go outside and meet him at the car, my husband said no.. you can come to.the door. The delivery driver sent his YOUNG CHILD to my door with my prescription in hand and a debit machine.... Who does that that?? the actual employee couldn't be bothered to do his job.... Unbelievably unprofessional and dissatisfied with this pharmacy, will never use it again.
