Rexall

Hit and miss. Sometimes its great and quick sometimes I have a hard time getting a hold of them and have to wait a long time.

Last straw for this this location. They misplaced my prescriptions and said I must have picked them up and simply forgotten and asked me to check at home. I think I'd know if I had done this. Then they found it and said I owed $120. When I explained I applied for EDS through MB Health plus we have private insurance coverage for the rest of the amount, they kept stating "so you don't want to pay for anything?" Then when they finally figured it out they offered a 60 day supply for $16 or a 30 day supply for free as per the insurance company regulations, telling me "it's only $16, you don't want to pay that?" If I have insurance for full coverage, why in the world would I pay even a nickel if I don't need to. This is absolutely shameful behaviour toward customers. Not the first time they've made mistakes. Even my doctor and her receptionist don't shop there anymore for prescriptions because they screw up all the time. I will never shop there or at any Rexall Pharmacy ever again. When they were previously pharmacist-owned there was never any problems at all. Since new ownership under Rexall, p[rocedures and attitudes are awful.

The pharmacy is terribly slow and they have a grumpy pharmacist. Dont like coming here but today, I had to come as I was pressed for time with rush hour approaching.

Always friendly, always on time. I call in my prescription and its always ready when I come in.
