Today July 28 at 10.30 Am, I come for pickup some of my Canada Post boxs. Only 1 customer at the front of me, but the staff is too slow to process for her packaging, it takes 20 mins for 1 customer, make me from come early to late at my work. But that maybe ok, maybe the staff is new. However, I picked up 3 boxs, both of them are very big and heavy ( from 10 to 15 kg each) . I told her that If I could borrow a dolly to bring the boxs to my car, she said they don't have any dolly, but they are retail store, how come they don't have it, even there's a lady using dolly to stock inventory in front of me. And because I owned a small business, so I come to there area lot of time to pick up heavy box, every every time they let me borrow a dolly. I'm not a strong girl, i'm tall 1m6 and only 45kg, and she is not care about the customer bring 3 15kg boxs to the parking lot. I wish they can change my packaging to different Canada Post, I l'm willing to go further. Very disappointed
