Loblaw Pharmacy

This pharmacy is SLOW. Times when I have called for refills or other inquiries I am put on hold and forgotten about. Call back, and youre placed on hold again, so on and so forth. Times when my doctor has faxed over prescriptions, hours have gone by and they still arent ready. Only reason im here is for convenience, otherwise id rather go to walmart.

Every time I call the phone just rings and rings. Some good service but mostly bad.

They are always lost in their paperwork and always have to wait for medication even if it was Fax hours prior.

Unfortunately lack of due diligence to maintain subscriptions in a timely manner requiring repeated interactions. Appears management may have changed resulting in weak service.

I used to fill my medications here before I switched to a family-owned drugstore. Each of Superstores pharmacies are consistently understaffed Ive been put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time, or have been left waiting at the drop-off or pick-up line for an absurd amount of time before anybody even looked up. I frequently had issues with the wrong drugs being dispensed, fax requests being sent incorrect physicians, or staff misplacing my meds in their pick-up station. Most of the assistants and clerks seem untrained, and the pharmacists always look angry and stressed out. The only positive I can say is if you dont have insurance or prefer cost over quality, their dispensing fee is quite low.
