Thank you to Pharmacist Victoria at McGillvrary Costco for your help in resolving our insurance issue with the drug we were getting. Your persistence paid off as the drug was very expensive and insurance coverage for it was critical. Thanks for all your help.

Today, around 1 pm, I along with spouse and son went to inquire about the flu shot. The person (Pharmacist ) handling patient counseling ignored us and moved to 'prescription check-in' section. She looked at us and called another person, who was after us in the queue. Once she was done assisting the person, I asked whether we could get flu shot. I was shocked that her tone was so rude when she said "NO". I fail to understand what I did or so to make her so rude. I am still unsure why would a pharmacist be so rude without any cause. Even though a sign was posted at the entrance for "Flu shot", she said they are out of stock. That may be true, however, I am perplexed why would she be so angry/rude.
