Disaster! The last 6 months has been a disaster. Meds never ready when they say. "Yes, it's ready for pickup". Lies! never ready, so I have given them an extra day, still not ready (last 3x!!!). Paid full price, only to learn they only gave me 1/2 of the prescription! (count your meds before you leave!!!) This happened twice! Always an excuse with them, and never try to rectify the issue so it doesn't keep happening.

The pharmacy almost NEVER answers the phone and when they do, you just get put on hold immediately and indefinitely until you hang up. I transferred my scripts here thinking it was convenient as its super close to me, but my goodness, unless you can do the automated refill and not have to talk to someone, you are forced to go in as there is no way to contact them. They also never have anything ready on time. I usually give a few extra hours after it says its ready for pick up and every time its the same We are working on it right now. They leave you at the counter without so much of a be right with you or any acknowledgment of you even being there. I get that sometimes people have to wait but being blatantly ignored for upwards of 10-15 min makes me think they just are trying to get people to leave. Its horrendous.
