I had a drain issue that I tried to take care of myself with a drain cleaning machine and couldn't seem to get the right results. Instead of fixing the problem, I just seemed to be prolonging calling in a professional. I contacted Mik about my issue and he was able to come down the next day to look at what the problem was. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem well beyond what I thought it was and fixed the issue on that visit. He spent about 90 minutes doing his magic and the issue was resolved. Normally when I did my fix, there was still bubbling and gurgling immediately after my fix. It has been almost 3 weeks and not a peep from any fixtures in the house. After he was done, I asked if he would put the toilet back on in the basement as it is something I do not enjoy fighting with. He looked at how it was installed and said he needed to come back. He came back the next day and fixed the incorrect way the toilet was installed, did it right and VIOLA!! all is good in our half bath downstairs. I'm a new home owner and had some drainage issues in my basement. Having no clue what to do, I was recommended Le Petit Plumber. Mik came by and fixed our problem, but also took some time to look at all the plumbing in the house to give his professional opinion on how some renovations were done by the previous homeowner, and what potential issues we should be aware of. He was professional and very quick to respond when we had another drainage issue and once again came out and fixed things up for us very fast. He's our go-to plumber from now on and I would highly recommend Le Petit Plumber to anyone who needs a reliable plumber in Winnipeg.
