        I called for a backup in my main sewer pipe (non-emergency) as It had roots between house and road. The nice person at the Office sent someone within an hour, Stephan diagnosed the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and explained everything in detail in less than 2 hours. The repair went well and the invoice was inline with that amount of work. Stephan also explained my options for down the road to do a more permanent repair. I think this is where people get uncomfortable that the tech is pushing services or upselling but they are just telling you what you would need to bring things back to perfect as they should do. You can say no, there was no pressure to commit to anything. Service: Drain cleaning
